White Desire

I fall in love over and over again, with chocolate, haha. Today I wanted to have some white chocolate. But usually, I go for the normal brown or my the black one – my favorite. Of course, it’s sugar-free. 😉 The sweetness is added naturally and the chocolate contains a lot of fibers. So I don’t feel bad when I give in to my desires. And of course, I ate the whole bar of chocolate. You can even create your own white chocolate. I’ve never tried but I’ll do it soon. I searched a recipe for you. 😉

  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 ounces (about 1/3 cup) cocoa butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup dry milk powder
  • 2-3 tsp granulated stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Tiny pinch of salt

Put the melted coconut oil and cocoa butter in a large mixing bowl. Whisk in the milk powder and sweetener until smooth and well combined. Whisk in the vanilla extract and the salt. Pour chocolate on a plate. Transfer to the refrigerator to chill and set. The last step is to enjoy your healthy chocolate! 😉
