Homemade Lasagne

Hey, my loves. Doesn’t everyone love lasagne? Well, I do! And that’s why I bought a lot of these alumni forms which are perfect for putting in lasagne. I always make two different kinds of Lasagnes. One with spinach, zucchini, and mozzarella and the other with mozzarella, zucchini, tomatoes, and carrots. The dough sheets are out of corn (=gluten free). In my eyes, this tastes better. 🙂 Once I’ve done them I put them covered in the refrigerator. And I take them out as soon as I need to have a meal for eating at school. They are perfect for heading up in the microwave. They also have the perfect size for taking them with you in you. 😉
