Have you had a nice morning, guys? I did so. Made myself a delicious and very healthy breakfast. As always, haha. Honestly, I’m not very into eating bread. I do that very rare, mostly I eat rice waffles. But when I do eat bread than whole grain. Probably you already know a lot about it. But what’s most important to know is obviously that it’s healthy and get’s you foul faster than white bread. So I got a recipe for you so you are able to make it by yourself.;)
But the yeast in a bowl with the warm water and mix it until the yeast is dissolved. Put in the flour and salt. Knead the dough and add water or flour if it’s used. Let it rise for 45 minutes. Knead again and put in the seeds in the dough. Put it in a baking dish and let it rise again for 15 minutes. Bake it for 60 minutes at 200 degrees. Take it out of the baking dish and bake it again at 100 degrees for 10 minutes.
