If Bread than That

 

Have you had a nice morning, guys? I did so. Made myself a delicious and very healthy breakfast. As always, haha. Honestly, I’m not very into eating bread. I do that very rare, mostly I eat rice waffles. But when I do eat bread than whole grain. Probably you already know a lot about it. But what’s most important to know is obviously that it’s healthy and get’s you foul faster than white bread. So I got a recipe for you so you are able to make it by yourself.;)

  • 2 TSP Salt
  • 150g Seeds (e.c. sesame and flaxseed)
  • 450ml Warm water
  • 500g Whole wheat flour
  • 1cube Yeast (40g)

But the yeast in a bowl with the warm water and mix it until the yeast is dissolved. Put in the flour and salt. Knead the dough and add water or flour if it’s used. Let it rise for 45 minutes. Knead again and put in the seeds in the dough. Put it in a baking dish and let it rise again for 15 minutes. Bake it for 60 minutes at 200 degrees. Take it out of the baking dish and bake it again at 100 degrees for 10 minutes.

    Zur Zeit mache ich mir zum Frühstück immer Naturjoghurt mit Erdbeeren, aber deine Brote sehen auch richtig lecker aus.

    Ich habe noch eine Frage. Hast du deinen Blog mit WordPress aufgebaut? Wollte nämlich schon lange einmal eine Wishlist erstellen, bekomme das mit Blogger aber irgendwie nicht hin.

    Mhm, das sieht sehr lecker aus! Ich habe früher auch gar nicht gerne Brot gegessen, mittlerweile mag ich es aber total 🙂
    Viele sagen ja, dass sie auf Reisen immer das deutsche Brot vermissen. Ich konnte das nie nachvollziehen, aber auf meiner letzten Reise ging es mit tatsächlich auch so 😀
