Detoxing

Phuuu! I finally made it through one day of detoxing, yeah. I wanted to this since two weeks, even months, but there never was the right day for it. Because I felt like it would work the best if I would do it on a day where I don’t have a lot of work to do, especially physical work, but still something I could keep myself buzzy with something. So it won’t be too exhausted and don’t always have to think about food, haha. So I started with a fruit tea in the morning and through in the day I drank water with ginger and lemon. I already prepared a jug with water and but lemon juice and rasped ginger a night before and put it in the fridge. So the vitamins would be soaked out of the fruits and get loose in the water. I feel so much better now. Hungry but fresh, haha. Especially when it’s getting summer soon it feels sooo good. In the future, I want to repeat this more often. And yes, it has been hard to get through the whole day but when I can do it, you can do it too!;)

  10. Good for you! Detoxes aren’t really my sort of thing-I can skip a meal or two but nothing longer than that 🙂
