Frozen Yogurt

Frozen yogrut is one of my favorite things to eat when it’s summer. Something fresh with a little of a sauer taste in it. And healthy too!;-)

  • 250g Greek yogurt
  • 1 Vanille pod
  • 1 TSP Meaple leaf syrup or honey
  • 1 Package Agave gelantine

This much is what you need for a portion showed as above. Heat the agave gelatine up in a pot. As soon as it’s jelly enough ad about 50 g of the yogurt and mix it. Then mix it wiht the rest of the yogurt. Ad the vanilla and the kind of sweetens you want. Put it into a bowl or a cute little baking shape (as I did) and put it in the freezer for two to three hours. And then the most important part: Eat and enjoy it!;-)<3
