One of them are these super healthy banana pancakes, or omelets, hower you want to call them.
The only things you need for making these are bananas and eggs. And coconut oil for frying them in the pan. Just squash the bananas with a fork and mix them with the eggs. I usually go for two bananas and four eggs.
I love to use coconut oil since it gives a nice flavor to the pancakes and it also makes the pancakes taste more tropical together with the bananas, haha. On top of it, coconut oil is also a healthy kind of fat. But you also can use butter or something else.
You also can add some chocolate, berries, cinnamon or vanilla in or onto the pancakes. Well, you just can try out different variations.;-)
If you want to make it a special, nice looking breakfast you can use cookie shapes for frying the pancakes and get them in a cute shape.:-))
Also, I recommend eating them in the morning before you are going to do sports because of the content of healthy fruit sugar it will energize you. Plus the protein of the eggs will help to strengthen your muscles.
