Chia Pudding & Facts

The breakfast that’s all over Instagram in all different variations, colors, etc. To be honest, I never tried it before. But I wanted to know if it is just Instagramable or actually eatable. And it is definitely eatable. I liked it a lot actually.:-))

We all know how it’s done: Chia seeds, some milk, let it soak overnight. Add fruits, coconut splits, crunchy mΓΌsli or something else to make it look fancier.

But what is actually the thing with chia seeds? Where do chia seeds come from? Why are they so healthy?

I didn’t no either, so I surfed on the internet. And now I definitely know why chia seeds are super healthy.
